Hi Tristan, please try the following reset: First you will want to press and hold the "MEMORY" button then you will want to also press and hold the "POWER" button, the display will show "TEST" at which point you will want to pull the power cord when TEST is displayed. Please note that when you reset the unit it will be like taking the unit out of the box for the first time.
