My machine wont stop pumping water into it

check for a blocked hose to the pressure switch or a faulty pressure switch
this switch is controlled by water increasing the trapped air pressure on a diaphragm and when the setting on the wash size is reached , it closes of the inlet water solenoid and turns the machine to the next cycle.
if it does move to the next cycle then the solenoid stops on the water hoses are faulty and need to be replaced.

Why does my dishwasher stop during cycles and the cycle light blinks?

it has few functions , so break them down to this.
does water flow in correctly . hot an cold
does the pump re-cycle water well inside . reflow lots of spray.
then does it pump out correctly an flow easily into garbage disposal , check the back flow valve for stoppage if it has one {its in the large plastic pipe right before the disposal.lets water flow but compactor garbage is blocked, it sticks a lot closed }
and is the door latch secure test it by opening suddenly is all you can do.
you might have to open the door quickly to check these items like spray or pumping.

Hoover nextra washing machine door wont lock / cycle start

sounds like the door lock mechanism. if this cannot signal it has engaged, to the board, no other function will work (you don't want the washer going with the door open, trust me :) )

No, they're not related.

To switch the radix mark, turn the calculator off, press and hold the decimal point key, press the ON key, then release both keys.

Fills up with water, wont wash, drum motors works

Sounds as if this computer is trying to display an error code. If switching cycles manually makes it work, then it is most likely a bad circuit board. Try doing a google search for "Kenmore washer lights blinking" or something to that effect.

I'm using panasonic 9kg washing machine........ the problem is after the water already fill it will move .... then afterwhile it will stop and the error start blinking......

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If the water flows then the flow should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. If this wont happen the program will shut off, so check this out.

What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin.

Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.

Hi my hoover 6612 dishwasher does its pre-wash but then when the light for wash comes on it does nothing. I wondered if it might be a capacitor which needed replacing but I can't find one - any ideas??

Check the float switch inside the tub, it should move freely up and down.

Check the harness to the motor

Check start capacitor on the left side of the wash motor
