Question about Toys
If you have left the old batteries in too long you will have to clean the metal ends that the batteries touch when you insert the new ones. another option is to flick the on/off switch back and forth in case the terminals are stuck...hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have the same problem. I did manage to release one side of the toy bar (left side when looking from front) by pressing very firmly on the red plastic tab that's visible underneath, using a metal tool. But on the other side of the bar, the holding tab is hidden by a white plastic cover, which itself is held by 4 white plastic tabs that I couldn't release.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the tip! You sure were determined! It was nice to have someone to brave it before me...I would have been afraid of breaking it. I was able to get it apart. Thanks!"
