Lexmark X342n MFC cannot print faxes

Hi,
I wonder if you can help? I've got a Lexmark X342n printer that cannot print received faxes but i can send. There is no error message on the display and the tray is full of paper. Also i can copy and print documents to the machine and on the display it does inform you that fax has been received and gets sent to memory. Its a strange one and can anyone help. Cheers

-   on my Lexmark X342N, it prints and copies ok but will not print faxes after receiving them. It sends faxes okay. When I power down the machine and bring it back up, it will print a fax that was received some time ago. If I power it down and back up again, it prints another fax. The machine hadn't been used for about 3 months. -   wrice353

-   We have the e-studio 205 all in one. we can send faxes but not receive. The telepone light blinks but stops after a minute or two. When I send a fax from another fax machine to the e-studio 205 I get a receipt that it went through. When I run out there to retreive it nothing is there.-   Guest

Contact Lexmark and get updated firmware - had this problem on an X342n unit yesterday and applying an update (now shows firmware LC.MD.P114 ), faxes started receiving properly.
