If you mean that the turntable moves, but it will not heat, you have a fault in the magnetron circuit. The most likely components to fail are the high voltage capacitor or the fuse in that circuit.
Never mess with the insides of a microwave yourself unless you know just what you are doing, as it can hold lethal voltages even when unplugged.
Get a quote from a service tech, as you may find that with labour and parts costs, you may as well buy a new one and get a warranty.
