I have a Konica Minolta C451 bizhub printer and I am trying to make a double sided copy brochure from my printer. The problem is that it prints the 2nd side upside down and I don't know what to do to get...

When selecting duplex printing on the print setup screen change the box labeled binding position from auto, to top binding. If it already set to top then change it to left. This is usually the setting that will cause the duplex pages to print properly when duplexing on the C451. If it does not work you can try left or right binding but top binding I am sure will fix this for you. I have run print jobs in the last week or so where I had to make the same change to my C450.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

Ricoh prints everything in left Margin

Check the printer properly and see what size paper the printer thinks is in there, or check at the controll panel.
-Carl, please let me know if this helps.

Noise, i think that is de head of print

That is a fault of the print head movement. It is not moving side to side properly or not tilting properly.
On the left side of the machine, about 2/3 of the way back on the lower portion of the frame there is a 1 inch by 1 inch stainless steel block that the print head shaft runs through. It often gets contaminated by excess in from the catch tray, or more likely the machine is not sitting level.
The other problem is related to the print head wiper, either it has stuck to the print head, or the wiper clutch is failing.

First, on your computer desktop. left click on START. Next, left click on CONTROL PANEL, and left click on PRINTERS. Find your printer on the PRINTERS window, and RIGHT CLICK on the icon. From the drop-down menu, left click on PRINTING PREFERENCES. Use the settings to set up the printer for the paper size and orientation you want to use.Click APPLY , then OK buttons to apply any changes you make. If that does not help, check the side paper guides in the paper source you are using. If they are not against the paper on both sides, the paper will not align properly with the image. Move the guides snug but not tight against the paper. If the guides are too tight, paper may not feed. If moving the guides does not solve the problem, try loosening the guides and reposition the paper until the image is properly aligned. Then see in your owners manual if there is an adjustment called SIDE-TO-SIDE REGISTRATION, and follow the proceedure to adjust the side-to side paper alignment.

Error after power-shutdown

That problem is comming from the print head not pivoting properly from the print to home position.
Most likely issue is a dirty print head block.
If you remove the left side cover, left side looking from the front. About mid way along the printer toward the bottom, there is a stainless steel block, about in inch square. There is a spring assembly around it. You can just pull that latch out and secure it up and to the left. The block most likely has ink built up in it, not allowing free movement of the print head. Clean that block well, soaking it in some hot water helps soften the ink.
That is the problem with that code 80 percent of the time.
Next is a cleaning blade tacked to the print head.
If that is the case, you have to remove both the right and left covers and the ink loader ( the assembly where you insert the ink sticks). If just is held in place with tabs on the side of the loader. Once you remove the loader you will see the print head, check to see if there is a pink blade between the drum and print head. that will happen if you had a power failure of the machine was not properly shut down.
3rd are the cables to the print head being to tight not allowing the head to move back and forth.
There are a couple of far less likely issues with that product. But I strongly suspect a dirty print head block
