Heater light comes on and makes noise but no heat.

most pressure switches are set at 1-5 lbs from factory. remove water supply to pressure switch and turn on pump for a second. if there is water pressure, you will know. lol. if water shoots out, reattach the hose. at this point, you need a service technician

When it comes on, it vibrates so loud can hardly hear over noise.

It sound like your fan is loose and needs to be tightened. Remove the four screws on the bottom of your unit, slide out and tighten the screws on top of unit. If you need to get in the unit remove the back screws, you will have to remove the temp sensor to remove the back panel. Remove the side panels on both sides. You should be able to get to the fan.

My comfort zone is not heating I had a infarared bulb that went out replace the bulb the heater still want come on it is hard to get techical support to tell what's wrong.

The bulbs on the older (pre-fall of 2010) Comfort zone heaters are in pairs... if one bulb of the pair is burnt out the other will not work. Also they are not easy to line up when replacing them back into the recepticle...they must line up perfectly to work.

Quit working

Based on the limited info.I have, it sounds like the heating element is not getting power. suggest visually inspecting the switch and thermostat for burnt wires. Also check the heating element for broken electrode.
