Have you ever been able to view Netflix on this device before? What device are you trying to view Netflix on? If it is a tablet, i recommend restarting your tablet and trying Netflix again. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix. If you only see the green screen when trying to run Netflix, and no other app, it may be a problem with the app or with the Netflix website.

Hello Nollaig,

Distorted sounds when playing videos can be graphics problem or sound problem. Unfortunately, Android tablets are not like Windows devices where a simple driver could fix the issue. I reccomend running anti-malware scan (head to the play store and search for ANTI MALWARE apps) to see if an infection is causing you trouble.

Be aware the 32 Gbyte can't be used as internal memory. It only can be used like an external hard disk. You can exchange the SDHC card and save data you don't need to access while running the tablet.
So when the tablet says memory is full, you should transfer data like images and videos to the external card and then delete the data from the internal memory.

Sounds like a boot loader failure

1. Power off the device. (Make sure to plug in AC power.)

2. Press and hold Volume Up(+) button and Power button at the same time for 5 seconds, and release both buttons to enter system recovery utility.

3. Press Volume button to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press Power button to execute

4. Press Volume button to select " Reboot System Now "and press Power button to execute
