Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: A try download a particular
May be the file is actually damaged, or may be your PDF Reader is actually damaged.
First try to download the PDF file from different source(s) and then try opening that file.
If it doesn't work, go for different PDF Readers. Like you may try the Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader to open that file.
1. Download Adobe Reader 10.0 here
2. Download Foxit Reader 4.3 here

SOURCE: I have PDF suite on
I just use the adobe PDF free reader download it free at adobe.com I know that you have the suite something is wrong with your suite I would re-download the software again and mow over it fresh and then check it out from there if this does not work get the standard which will work .PDF reader from adobe.com this one is free. There are several PDF readers out there to get that are free as well.
Also depending on what program wrote your document the other computer does have a non pdf suite and may have the standard free reader. I would try these to options as well since the documentation is important and needs to work right. I hope this assisted you in the right direction. Ask them what their computer is using to open your PDF file with and get that software. John
