Some HDTVs are unable to support High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP). HDCP is a digital rights management system intended to protect copyrighted content when connecting your electronic components with either an HDMI or DVI cable. No picture on the screen. Sound is working

This problem is hard to pinpoint as there are so many variables.
If I could ask you a few questions first: -What is the model of the display?-What other components are hooked up to it?-What cables are connecting these components to the TV (e.g.. HDMI, Component, Composite etc.)?-Are you using an external sound source (stereo) or the TV speakers for audio?-Do you see and indicators or the screen when you turn up/down the volume or change inputs? This is of course using the Samsung TV's remote.
I would try these things though:
1. Turn the TV off, unplug it from the power source for 30 seconds.2. Check the cables are all plugged in firmly and correctly.
3. Plug it back in and turn on the TV. Still no picture?
4. Try changing to another input (e.g. DVD, VCR, XBOX etc if you have one)3. Check on the Tv's remote to see if there is a "picture mute", "blanking" or similar button they may have been accidentally pressed. When you press it again, you will get picture back. If there is no button and still experiencing the same problem after checking all these things then you may have a fault.

Power supply has failed. The blue LED merely confirms that power is getting to the TV.

Why is my TV screen PINK?

Have heard of this issue,in most cases while using HDMI cable.Try switching to component cable hookup.(Red/Blue/Green RCA type plugs). This will still give you Hi-Def.(don't forget to get a Red/White cord set for the audio also, unless you get a 5-way cord that does both).

My tv works fine then it starts making the screen have pink or red tint to the picture and then the tv starts jumping. how can i fix it

Couple things to try for this problem. First, if you are using an HDMI connection try doing a "hot-plug" by unplugging both ends of the HDMI cable at the first time, count to 10 then reconnect both sides. If you aren't connected to HDMI check your firmware version.

Sony kdl-40v5100 has handshake problem

1.This issue sounds as though the TV connection circuit has an issue.
2. You have changed the DVR and the HDMI cables and you still have an issue with the video (pink screen) indicates a video circuit issue ( improper voltage or current) at the video section of the circuit.
3. This will require some troubleshooting by a qualified tech.
4. To make sure, try connecting another properly working LCD TV to the cable box or DVR an check. If you get a picture and sound properly it is the TV.
5. Usually a cable box is QA'd (quality assured) by the company and will not be sent unless tested 1st

Does the Samsung PN58B650 need a minute to warm up the first time you turn it on every day? When I turn on the TV for the first time every day, the picture is there but the colors on the screen are pink...

I swapped out the HDMI cable with standard component cables. The picture and sound is perfect. Later I will swap again with a different HDMI cable to confirm if the problem is a bad cable or if the TV has a problem with HDMI.

Vizio Model#:L37HDTV10A After unpluging the HDMI cable & reconnecting it back, I don't have no more HD picture. The Component cable & HD antena works but no HD brodcasting with HDMI connection....

Is the HDMI port 2 work? Try to turn it off and turn it back on. If it is still not working then the HDMI ports have gone bad. You will need to replace the main board.
