SOURCE: I've purchased several drip pans

This web page has the diagram for your range, and also the 8" drip pans in stock at $15.23 each:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=212798&diagram_id=21217125#d21217125
Bookmark this page and add it to your favorites, it's really helpful having the diagrams and parts' lists to go with them.
I would contact them and tell them your problem. They may know what's going on and find something that will work for this crazy situation.
Maybe this site's pans are compatible, hopefully.
Good luck, hope this helps, and thanks for using FixYa.

SOURCE: burner will not get hot enough

When the burner arced out it probably also ruined the switch. Most switches on a standard electric range have 5 wires. 2 wires to the burner. 2 hot wires from power and a smaller wire which connects to the indicator light marked P. It is easy to test the switch Unplug the stove. Turn the suspect switch on wide open. Check for continuity between the 2 terminals going out to the burner marked H1 and H2
If you cannot get a reading then the switch has failed. Note: when replacing the switch usually on most stove the replacement will not be or look like the original HOWEVER it will still have L1 and L2 H1 and H2 and P but the terminals are not always in the same order. If you fail to correctly connect the new switch you will fry 2 switches when both get turned on. Ouch!

SOURCE: Inner 6-inch element on the 12 inch/6 inch Dual Radiant Element cycles off too long

Sounds like the file is corrupted. That doesn't mean the footage is irretrievable. I believe the file type is .mov on that camera? You need to find a .mov repair program, there are lots out there. I don't want to give you a link since I haven't used any of the .mov ones and don't want to accidentally give you malware, so I'll leave that part up to you. But you should be able to get your file repaired, just google ".mov repair."

I just bought it and delivery man said he could not install it because my vent out of the roof is only 3 inches. Can I just use aluminum tape to secure the vent hose?

Local code determines the minimum size for dryer vents. Often this is determined from the manufacturer's requirements for the appliance. As you may have guessed, this is pretty much the standard for dryer manufacturers.

If you were to "adapt" the dryer's 4" pipe down to your home's existing 3" pipe, you would reduce the pipe's area from 12.6 sq inches to just 7.1 sq inches (radius squared x 3.1415). That's nearly HALF the required area that is required. Your clothes dryer will suffer. Drying times will increase dramatically as there will be less air flow. Electric / gas usage will increase due to the longer running times, and there could be significantly more heat inside the dryer that could be a fire hazard.

Don't do it. Either invest in the correct size dryer vent, or use another venting method instead of reducing the pipe size.

I know it's not what you wanted to hear - but I hope this helps. Please rate my reply - thank you.

6 burner propane fed will not allow all burners to produce a usable flame for cooking, grill is not hot enough

I need more information, but I suspect you may not have a large enough regulator on your propane line. The only way to know for sure is to attach a gauge called a manometer onto the manifold that feeds the gas burners. There is a 1/8 inch pipe fitting on the manifold for this purpose. It should read 10 inches of water column. You need a capacity to run about 300,000 BTUs when everything is on at the same time. This requires a large capacity regulator. Also the line from the regulator to the range should be at least 3/4 inch pipe.

Offset venting of new microwave/range hood to old fixed venting

You might try your local furnace or heating shop as they can usually custom make ducting and may be able to do this for you, but I am sure it will cost. I have had similar problems and usually a good sheet metal man can help.

Size of vent pipe

You will be fine with 2 bends in an 8 inch pipe. If you bend it more than 3 times though you will loose fan force. If you up to a 10 inch duct you will not have good fan force because the space is bigger.
