a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Yes if you are only going 30 feet with the 1/2" black iron you will be fine.
This will give you all the gas you need for your range.

SOURCE: I've purchased several drip pans
This web page has the diagram for your range, and also the 8" drip pans in stock at $15.23 each:
Bookmark this page and add it to your favorites, it's really helpful having the diagrams and parts' lists to go with them.
I would contact them and tell them your problem. They may know what's going on and find something that will work for this crazy situation.
Maybe this site's pans are compatible, hopefully.
Good luck, hope this helps, and thanks for using FixYa.

SOURCE: burner will not get hot enough
When the burner arced out it probably also ruined the switch. Most switches on a standard electric range have 5 wires. 2 wires to the burner. 2 hot wires from power and a smaller wire which connects to the indicator light marked P. It is easy to test the switch Unplug the stove. Turn the suspect switch on wide open. Check for continuity between the 2 terminals going out to the burner marked H1 and H2
If you cannot get a reading then the switch has failed. Note: when replacing the switch usually on most stove the replacement will not be or look like the original HOWEVER it will still have L1 and L2 H1 and H2 and P but the terminals are not always in the same order. If you fail to correctly connect the new switch you will fry 2 switches when both get turned on. Ouch!

Sounds like the file is corrupted. That doesn't mean the footage is irretrievable. I believe the file type is .mov on that camera? You need to find a .mov repair program, there are lots out there. I don't want to give you a link since I haven't used any of the .mov ones and don't want to accidentally give you malware, so I'll leave that part up to you. But you should be able to get your file repaired, just google ".mov repair."
