Just sit down with it next time you're watching TV and try 0001, then 0002, and so on, pulling on the shackle each time. You don't even have to look at it most of the time. It will open eventually!

you should keep buying brinks just buy a diffrint one because all brinks are made of hardend steel which is what they make the armored trucks out of and their bullet proof fire proof and most can withstand 500 pounds of force. my brinks can withstand 1000 pounds of force. plus you can send the lock to brinks and they will replace it free of charge. since your lock is defective they will replace it free of charge. i hope i helped.

Contact brinks they may have a master code to unlock your safe...or try a good lock smith,they may have access to the code.

You can have the locks changed but, that will cost almost as much as new luggage. They will have to be kept unlocked and a TSA strap will be needed around the suitcase.

try restoring the ipod to its original settings when it is plugged into your computer.

1) Go to your Computer
2) Click on "____'s iPod"
3) Go to the folder, iPod Control
4) then, Device
5) Delete the file: _Locked.
