Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Computer not recognising camera

You could try another USB port. I've had USB ports get loosened up on me without me realizing it. If nothing else has changed, I'd suggest trying to connect with a different USB port, OR swapping out your camera connection cable. The cable might be bad, usually from being pulled on so much.

How do I download my pictures from my iMac to my iphone

The syncing of photos from your iMac to your iPhone can be done using iTunes.

Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes, select the iPhone in the devices menu on the left hand side and then click the photos tab at the top of the screen.

From there you can select which albums you want to sync to your phone.

Have iMac ejected hard drive so I could remove now computer won't recognise the hard drive

First thing I would do if the drive is connected via a usb hub connect it directly to the imac, then if that does not work try one of the other usb ports. If that does not work connect it to a usb port you know works and then go into the applications folder and then into the utilities forlder and open up disk utility. Once opened your hard drive should appear in the left hand box click on your external hard drive then go to the first aid panel and run verify disk and if any problems appear run repair disk. Hope this helps.

Router requires resetting with MAC PC

My first suspicion is that you may be experiencing an ip address conflict. If your iPhone or PC is using the same IP address as your iMac, only one of them will be able to communicate (and possibly neither of them). This should occur only if one or more of these devices are using statically assigned IP addresses. Check the internet configurations for your devices and make sure they are all set to use dynamic (DHCP) addresses.
For reference, a manual for your product can be found online at P-660HW Series - Ultra High-Speed Wireless ADSL 2+ Gateway for ...
There are several models and versions of your product, and the manuals are different for each, so knowing the exact model and version of your unit would help in diagnosing this problem.

I ran the new Iphone update and now when I connect to Itunes I get this message saying that an Iphone was detected but cannot be recognized. What can I do?

Unplug _all_ USB devices from your computer (that includes mouse etc. if they are USB).

Now, plug them back in one at a time, plug the iPhone in to a different USB port than the first time round.

iTunes should now recognise your iPhone.

IPhone 3G Error 0xE8000001

I just had this problem and it turned out to be... It didn't like my iPod cable. Switched to the iPhone cable and it worked.
Seems to be an iPhone 2.0 prob, or 3g prob, since I was using the iPod cable to sync my old iPhone just fine.

Imac Leopard drivers?

Hi,
the reader could be faulty if it,s not being recognised by the imac. unless it has an alternative On/Off power switch.
try plugging into a different port ( if there is One ) or see if it is recognised by a device manager.
Alternative is to go to Jasco products and see if an updated driver is on thier site.
