All lights are on and my printer is frozen. What do I do?

I turned my Lexmark E332n on tonight to use it and all the lights came on and have stayed on (not blinking). It is frozen. I looked up the manual and it says that this error is "Cancel job / Reset printer". It says just to wait because the printer is resetting itself, but I have been waiting a long time. Tried turning on and off but no change. Any suggestions?

SOURCE: Lexmark X83 "Unlock Scanner" error

I had the same problem and the solution is this: There is a red lever switch by the power chord on the scanner/printer. Above this red lever switch is the drawing of a lock in the "locked" position and at the bottom this red lever switch is the drawing of a lock in the "opened (unlock)" position. The lever on the red switch should point to the "opened" lock symbol (unlock). It the switch lever is pointing to the "locked" position of the lock symbol, flip it to the "opened" position and recycle power on the scanner by removing the power chord for a 30 seconds. If the lever is pointing to the "unlock" lock symbol, flip it to the "locked" position and then back to the "unlocked" position and recycle power. Good luck!

My Lexmark e332n shows error code 43 ,what does it mean?

G'Day Mate,
Are you running the Lexmark driver for Windows 7 64 bit.
Try down loading the driver and installing it on your p.c.
Suspect USB driver for printer is missing - Windows can't detect it as it doesn't recognise it. By installing the Lexmark driver it updates windows to recognise the lexmark printer usb interface.
you will find driver here

Lexmark E332n won't pick up paper from tray

There are rollers inside which you can replace and they NEED to be replaced after a certain time. Part number looks like 56P1820 but i would contact the Lexmark technical support to be sure of the part number and how to order them. It's easy to install, usually it's just clips to pull it out, and you put the new one there.

Lexmark E332n printer only prints half way but test page prints fully

Click on Printers & Faxes, right clisk on your printer then Properties, then Device Settings. Check the paper sizes in Form to Tray Assignment (I use A4, think USA uses letter, you Yanks do strange things)
Also check Installed Options - Printer memory (make sure it matched the installed RAM).
Make sure you have installed the correct printer driver for the version of Windows operating system.
