not sure about the H code, for all I know it means hot... but my guess is that a vent to the fridge from the freezer is blocked and no air gets to the refrigerator from the freezer... As always or most of the time, doing a defrost should clear ice blocking the vent.. that is the easiest cure and hopefully will fix your problem.

Try turning the fridge and the freezer off at the controls. Then turning off the breaker for the fridge for 5 minutes . then turn the breaker back on and restart the fridge and freezer! This should reset the system and solve your problem. let me know how it goes.

This is normal. The light is on only when it's time to change the filter. I guess you have already found the filter timer reset procedure in your owner's manual!
