Question about Cell Phones
Why won't my video load on a phone
The most likely reason is that the video is not in the correct format and video quality that your phone supports. You can convert video format and set the parameters on your computer and try again. Take MacX Video Converter Free Edition for example, it can convert video to be playable on iPhone and many Android phones etc.

What type of file is it? Is there any error info? Phones cannot recognize the video mostly because of the incompatible file format. Generally speaking, almost all phones can read video in .mp4 format. You'd better make sense of the video type and if necessary, convert it to mp4 and try again. Here is what I bookmarked for converting video to mp4. Might be helpful.
