Question about Planar Computers & Internet
I'm using a VGA connection to a PL1910W, and it runs fine when set to 1024x738 resolution. However, that resolution is not the correct aspect ratio and the black bars are disappointing. Everything I can find online (bought it refurbished, no manual) indicates that the native resolution should be 1366x768, but when set to this resolution the monitor displays the "Input not supported" message despite correctly displaying everything behind it. Any ideas?

You will need to go to advanced settings under resolution options and set the display to 60hz refresh rate then go back to resolution and set your native, the problem is its probably trying to default to 75hz and is causing an issue

Testimonial: "Gave this a try. It appears to default to 59hz, and changing to 60 results in the same error message, with the displayed desktop still more or less correct but much smaller than the full size of the screen."
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
