Cant see m to cut in a straight line. when cutting a wine bottle the top it cutting straight but the bottom it not.

Cutting a glass on band saw is like cutting a metal. You have to make sure that you set up the band saw correctly, get a good quality blade, run on right speed, enough coolant and feed the material nicely.

What is the proper way to cut drywall with a razor knife?

use a level or straight piece of drywall, and place it along the drywall you want to cut, cut with the knife along the straight edge (you dont need to cut through the entire width of the drywall). Then fold the drywall on the cut, and while folded cut the other side of the drywall paper. you should have a clean, straight cut

Square up fence to blade

with the tool unplugged from power . u need a good square drop the blade down to cutting position place thesquare against the fence then slide it up to the teeth on the blade making sure u are against the teeth . if not square in the zero position on the scale undo the fixing bolts for the fence and adjust till the square shows no gap between fence and blade teeth . retighten bolts and check . plug in and make a cut . or u could just make cuts and move fence till get it right . i should add with straight edge make sure the fence itself is straight across its face. with one piece fences they can get bent. good luck.

My chainsaw will not cut straight after chain was shrpened because I hit a rock.

If the chain is still not cutting straight, it is because it is not sharpen correctly...the cause of it cutting crooked is because on side of the teeth are sharper then the other side...getting it to cut straight again can be extremely difficult and time consuming...the teeth must be equally sharp and the depth gauge (or aniti kickback) part of the teeth also filed to the same dimension...
Often it is easier to just buy a new chain...

Hi, hold the unit upside down and loosen the two screws. Now, slide the plate to the right and make sure that it is straight with the cutting teeth. Tighten lightly the left screw, then check for straight, then tighten lightly the right screw. Again check for straight. Once you have the straight actually straight, tighten the screws more firmly. Test the unit. If it does not cut right. Loosen the screws slowly and move the plate 1 mm to the left. This is a matter of small movements to get it just right. You may have to move the plate a few times. Always, the screws need to be loosened and tightened slightly so as to keep the plate straight.

Jigsaw will not, for love nor money cut straight, instead will consistently drive off to the right of cut line. Have tried cutting against a fence which resulted in breaking the blade. Checked all the...

Problem has to be the blade is not coming straight down and straight forward.
So it sounds like a bit of play in the mechanism, or slightly bent shaft.
Just buy another one, and buy another brand.
If the same brand and model is sold at box store, then clean it up and take it back as defective.
If this is expensive professional model, then look up a service center and send it away for repairs, but don't expect it to be better, and then be surprised if they fixed it.

We used to keep two of every tool on the job in case of failure, and then we didn't have down time if tool needed repair.
But most of the time. I just bought another one so we could keep moving. And took old one to pawn shop.

Saw will not cut straight and destroys blades 250

I had the same problem. If you are cutting porcelain tile, it will not cut straight. The motor isn't fast enough.

These saws are made for stone cutting.
