Question about GPS
You need to keep it out direct sun light, if the sim card getting hot maybe the sim card is not compatible to that unit, blow some air through the sim connector port, it maybe dusty, or dirt in the contacts, try a different type of sim card good one like scandisk, or smartmedia memory card, make sure the sim card memory is not maxed out in the amount of memory that the device recommends, some time if it say 4gb dont put 8-64gb of memory in it, it will overheat and may start a fire. if you have problems contact the manufacture for more help.
