SOURCE: Door locked, wont spin or drain.
humming noise suggests a foreign object in the pump. crack open filter and drain water into a shallow tray. repeat till empty. remove filter completely and clean it. check if something stuck in pump impellor. this should be visible by looking into the filter hole

catriver Solution #3
Worked for me - here it is
remove the bottom panel and right in front you will see the pump filter. Get a bucket and remove the filter cover, pull the strainer out and see if it's clogged with lint. If the pressure switch on these models detects too much water in the tub (which you wouldn't be able to see) it will not go into a high spin and do this slow tumble you are refering to. Check this first and see if it operates normally, Catriver...post back.

Is it pumping water? If not then pump is bad.
Is the door locking? If the door will not lock, the washer will not enter a spin mode. See if the lock light is lite on the console.
Check for continuity across the Door Lock, Spin Enable Switch when the switch actuator button is pressed in. If there is no continuity across the Door Lock, Spin Enable Switch, replace the Door Lock Switch Assembly.(Check for 120 vac across the Door Lock Wax Motor)
Please rate this solution and ask for further clarifications if needed.

I removed the three screws, and lower cover cleaned the few pennies, screws and nasty gunk build up from the filter. The wash machine seems to function as it did prior to the clogged issue. Thank you everyone !!!

Hello Greg Aguilar - Are the house valves turn on fully? Washer not filling with water can be caused by many reasons. Most common cause is a faulty switch that doesn't allow the value inside turn or a kinked fill hose. Other possibilities can be water valve faults, faulty control board, pressure switch or wiring failure. Since you have just recently purchased the washer, I strongly suggestion contacting the manufacturer for a listing of certified techs that can move forward accurately.
