I'm charged each month for amazon I don't use this account
Well, it is obvious that you gave them your acct information and they are taking out the funds on a regular basis. I have had difficulties with Amazon in the past, but they have been very helpful in resolving all my troubles. Simply contact them and explain the situation. I have had good response using online chat. Also, just send them an email message and they will respond. At least, they always responded to me. You can find a contact link on the Amazon web site.
