you can also try looking for a "Generic" camera type in the drivers list, or start trying other types of cameras, which may have similar internals as your camera. Since yours is not a common brand, you might have difficulty.

- Have you tried plugging the camera in and seeing what happens? If you get an error, saying Windows doesn't have drivers for the camera, then you may be in trouble, but it really should just load very general drivers (that would work for nearly any camera) and then you should be able to access the camera's photos through My Computer.
In My Computer you should see an icon for your camera - it may be called Removable Drive or something similar. Open that and your photos should be available

I cannot get Camera Wizard to appear when I plug in my S5000 camera. I have Windows XP on my new computer, as I did on the old one (where it worked perfectly!). I have run the Installation disc but still no joy! I get the connection sound but nothing appears. Please help!!! Pat.
