Question about Samsung Washing Machines
Alright, i have had no luck with this issue. As with many it started off with the error code "nd" and so i checked for clogs and even took out the pump and cleaned it and checked for blockages. put it back together and went into test mode and got no response out of the pump, but everything else is working fine. Went and bought a new drain pump just to make sure it wasn't just the pump bad. Hooked the new one up and still no response in test mode or even in spin cycle. If anyone could help me figure this out i would be very grateful.

If your Front Load Washer Will Not Pump out the Water Check The Following
Drain Pump Filter
This is the most common problem. Some have a small cover in the lower front put a screwdriver in the hole and turn counterclockwise to remove. There will be a cover to remove, water will come out so be prepared with a towel or wet vac. Clean this out. Other Machines will need to access the drain pump to get to the filter. This can be done by removing the back panel on some washers. On others you will need to remove the lower panel or complete front paneldepending on model. The filter is located inside the large hose from the tub to the pump. Remove the hose and clean filter.
The drain pump may have failed. If you hear it making noises you will need to remove the drain pump and check for obstructions, broken impeller, or not spinning freely. Remove obstructions if it does not spin freely replace the drain pump. If you hear it hum replace the pump if nothing is found inside. If no noise is heard check the pump for power. To do this remove the wire connectors and connect a voltmeter turn to a drain cycle, refer to tech sheet or service manual for proper voltage reading, usually any voltage would probally indicate a faulty pump. If no voltage to the pump replace the main control board.
Check the hoses from the pump by disconnecting them and make sure there are no obstructions. Check your hose drain, if it is a slow drain this can cause your washer to not properly drain.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The 03 error code is the drain. Disconnect the drain hoses
and check for blockages. If no blockage "time" the drain interval. If
it's more than 6 minutes it's the pump. Also make sure you're using the correct
type of soap so the ball check valve on the bottom of the outer drum isn't
getting fouled with excessive suds. Also disconnect the drain hose from your
house plumbing and let it free flow on it's own. This will tell you if the
blockage is in your plumbing and not in the machine.
