Question about Computers & Internet
Find a friend with any monitor and connect it. If looks ok, "recirculate" your bad monitor. If it's ok, probably you have some problem with your video card. If it's an on-board buy a cheap video card, inseert it in proper slot and change BIOS settin to this card.

First, make sure you have the appropriate drivers for your monitor loaded on your computer. You may have to also change your video card settings to optimize the image.
Without knowing what make and model you are referring to, it is very difficult for the volunteer Fixya experts to focus in on the problem and then assist you.

Your monitor is missing blue drive. Most likely a component failure on the CRT board. Bad color ICs, bad solder connections or defective capacitors can cause the problem.
