newtosinger, you got a very strange answer. Updates with 64bit Vista/XP and Windows 7 platforms support will be released for all Futura models, just due to higher demand updates for newer machine models are released first. So far updates exist for models ce150/250/350 and ses1000/2000. In a few days will be released an update for ce100/200 that use software 220.127.116.11-18.104.22.168. After that will be released an update for older software versions Futura 1.0.0.x (ce100) and 2.0.0.x (ce200/200E)

SOURCE: Singer Futura CE 150, Problem
I had this same problem for a while. How I fixed it is: take hold of the thread (between the spool & where it goes under the plastic covering) & give it a gentle but firm pull towards you. That will pull the thread into the sensors. I get this #19 error even when sewing & this fixes it everytime.

SOURCE: Will Mac run Singer® Futura
The software doesn't run on MAC. And you can't get a download directly off the internet, at least not anywhere that I've found. When I couldn't find my disk a few months ago all of my research told me that I had to purchase a replacement CD from Singer.

SOURCE: I have a singer futura it keeps stopping and beeping also shows the #19 red light every few stitches I have rethreaded everything checked for any bunched up threds in the machine/bobin yet the proble
You can download the manual here
If the thread is properly routed and so is the bobbin thread, there may be some issues with the bobbin assembly. Try cleaning and oiling the system per the manual then re-threading both the top and bottom threads via manual instuctions. if no change then there may be an issue with the thread tension sensor
