SOURCE: SATA port 0 INTEL ssd locked

Please check the solution here:

1) Find or make an XP install with SATA set to IDE mode
2) Install .NET 2.0 & Intel SSD Toolbox
3) Shut down
4) Connect up your 'bricked' Intel SSD
5) Turn on system
6) Start Intel SSD Toolbox, and the SSD should now show up
7) Start another secure erase on it, and it should go through
8) Your Intel SSD is now unlocked again

What's the largest capacity ssd an Intel D845grg with a 2.8ghz Pentium iv can support?

Putting an ssd in would be pointless, as IDE only reaches speed's of 133Mb/sec, which is the speed of most HDD's. But it is possible to get IDE SSD's. I am linking the manual for your motherboard. https://downloadmirror.intel.com/15322/eng/D845RG_D845BV_ProductGuide_English.pdf

I need a HDD/SSD for a TOSHIBA SATELLITE L655 don't know how i was Locked out

If you rather you can always boot from cd or usb into recovery mode. and remove the lockout that way. you would just restore to factory settings. but all personal data and files would be lost forever.

My pc 2500k with 3.30 ghz and motherboard intel DH67CL but works slow

The symptom you describe is too vague, but you can try the following tune-up procedures. First, download and install and run Malwarebytes free version. This will root out any bad stuff/malware/virus. Next, download and install the excellent free utility program called CCleaner from Majorgeeks.com or Download.CNET.com. Run CCleaner to remove tons of junk files that may be slowing your computer. Next, if you have a regular spinning hard drive, run Defragmenter in Windows. Be patient with all of these tune-ups i've mentioned - they may take a while! Next, if your computer has less than 4GB of RAM memory consider adding more memory. Finally, give your system a serious speed boost by adding an SSD (solid state drive). These days you can buy a 240GB SSD for as little as $89 or a 120GB SSD for around $69. Use free software from the SSD maker's website to "clone" your tuned-up Windows onto the new SSD. Keep the old drive for storing data or for installing programs that you don't use often or that won't fit onto the SSD. Then prepare to be amazed at how responsive your system is.
