If it has a video input...either RCA (yellow phono is video) or scart (which will need a phono to scart (IN) adapter not (out).... If you have the component I.e. The three rgb then green is the connector for video....sound is red and white. The scart adapters are available from radioshack ...maplins...eBay.once connected scroll through the source input whilst viewing on tv screen.should be line but could av1 or rgb1. Hope this helps.

Adw-200 receiver

Check your power cord connections if there are any splices check those BNC connectors, check at the back of your DVR, make sure that they are connected good and tight. Is the AC adapter plugged in, is it tight in the outlet receptacle? Check your video cables as well at the camera, any splices, and again the back of the DVR.

I need to know what model of a Motorola DVR is compatible with my receiver. What model can connect DIRECTLY from it's audio output to the audio input of my STA-795 Optimus Digital receiver (not through the...

Do you really have TV Audio OUT to a DVD (last sentence)?

Most DVR's have digital and analog audio outputs. Since every device they are intended to feed would have its own volume control a DVR output volume control might be redundant. Treat a DVR like any other audio device. Connect it to any available input on the receiver EXCEPT PHONO.

If you run the audio from the DVR (and EVERY video source) directly to the STA-795 you can bypass the TV and its questionable audio electronics (yuk). You can split the analog output of the DVR with y-cables and run it from the DVR to TO the TV for casual viewing and listening through the TV sound system (news, Oprah, etc).

I need trhe codes for direct tv for my jumbo remote its a dvr box

Here are the Innovage Jumbo Remote codes for Direct TV satellite boxes:

200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217.

If none of these control all of your DVR functions, try adding these DVR codes from other manufacturers:

146, 147, 148, 184

These codes work for Tivo, Replay TV and dvr models made by Panasonic, Philips, RCA, and Sony.

Hope that helps.

I have a HDMI cable hooked between my Direct tv DVR receiver and my Samsung flat screen HD plasma tv. When I turn to Direct tv channels 100 or 200 the screen begins to flicker. My tv is 1080i. This is what...

If the TV just Flickers for a few Seconds then the Picture is Good and Stable, That is just the HDMI re-syncing often due to different signals from 480i to 1080i being broadcasted. If it continues to Flicker then check the options for Video set-up in your DTV menu. Make sure all available resolutions are checked to display or select AUTO if possible. TIP: NEVER Unplug or Plug in HDMI cables with the Power ON. This can Short out the HDMI Input leading to a Repair. Turn off All Units then plug in your cables, When ALL are in then hit the Powers.
