Have you tried renaming your Bluetooth name on your phone and try again? I wonder if yours is missing and it is looking to have a name in order to transfer.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Bluetooth File Transfer is not a default option in Android 2.1 Go to the market and download "Bluetooth File Transfer", and you'll be able to send files through Bluetooth.

I have just bought a new motorola zn200 yesterday and it is not able to receive mp3 files from my hp pavilion dv6000 laptop through bluetooth. it starts receiving and then in the middle it disconnects....

You have amemory space of 10MB in your phone & 20 MB in mass storage device. When you transfers any files through bluetooth, it goes to phone memory. so I think this problem occured due to insufficient memory. free up your phone memory and try again.

How to transfer music from computer to moto z9

I have this phone. If you plan on having a Motorola Phone for quite some time I highly suggest the Motorola Phone Tools for your computer. But you should just be able to connect the phone to your computer with a USB cord, open up My Computer (give the computer time to recognize the phone and you MAY need to download the Motorola Driver (can be found on most driver websites)) and the drag your music files to your removable storage (your phone). MPT also allows you to crop any song from your computer and send to your phone as a ringtone. Hope this helps =)

Cant apply audio file as a ringtone

I'm told the Razr 3a's software won't allow audio files that were transfered to your phone via Bluetooth, for example, to be used as ringtones. I gather they want us to buy them instead.
