Hello;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.

I need to see your model number which is located on the inside upper wall of your fresh food section.

This normally is not an easy thing to do.

Although, I am retired from Sears Home Service and A & E Factory Services, I do work on the side and have a small customer service base.

If I were still working for these contractors it would cost you $140.00 - $180.00 for the job.

Call me I will fix the problem for $50.00.

Ice drawer railing, how to install

You'll have to pull both rails and the ice bucket carriage out as a unit, put the 3 parts together as they would sit in the freezer, then put all 3 back in as a unit. The glue probably won't hold, that rail is only about $25 from subzero. You don't even need the right one, almost never see it break for some reason.

Subzero drawer jammed

After viewing the video a few times, it appears that the drawer is off the roller track. Notice the roller at the bottom right corner side, I think the lip of the drawer should be on the outside. There may also be a track or rail the roller fits in. Try lifting the rear of the drawer at the rear and angling it over the rollers and pulling the whole thing out. Then just look at how it fits together, then reline the rollers with the track, then push it back in. good luck!

How do I put back the ice bucket in my subzero 600 series?

Little late to get an answer. I have a 600. The answer is there is a flap that hangs down from the left. It stays at a 45 deg angle when down. Just gently push the bucket in and the flap will go up. Gently.

It is absolutely the ice bucket. Just a different name. If you are may be getting teh error then there may be ice build up causing an obstruction on th full sensor or the bucket tracks. Make sure the area is clear of obstruction and unplug the unit for ten minutes. If everything is clear the error code should go away. Make sure you leave it unplugged for ten minutes, if you plug it in sooner you could damage the compressor.

Please give a good rating, it is very important to me. Thank you, feel free to re-contact

Excavator track needs to be put back on

after the idler is pushed all the way back into the frame.try to put some wood blocks under the track to remove all the slack.use the bucket to push as much of the bottom section under the bottom rollers.use a heavy chain and pull up and over the top of the roller.when you get close you can use the drive to walk it the rest of the way.if it still doesnt go you may have to break the track at the master pin. this is usually marked with a small hole drilled in the end of the pin.heat and beat the pin out, break the track.pull track over top rollers and make ends meet on top of the srocket.use a chainfall to pull two halfs together and line them up.drive pin back in and your all set.

Cannot get ice drawer back on the track 500 series

Unfortunately, you need defrost freezer - put freezer thermostat on OFF. You possibly got broken ice tray or damaged sliders.Or leak in ice maker area. Till you defrost that compartment - no chance to pull tray out.

Ice maker drawer for sub-zero 632

Look at both those tracks on each side. its likely one or both are cracked or broken. Each one has 2 screws holding it in. To put the metal hange back in the tracks, you must get new tracks (if broken/cracked) then hold the2 tracks onto the bucket carriage...then stick thewhole thing in as an assembly, hen put the 4 screws back in. there are 2 more small screws way in the back (one on each side), but they do not have to be removed, only there to guide the racks in properly. these tracks are only about 7 bucks apeice, and shouldn't take long to chamge. Good Luck!
