Not heating

If the oven is doing everything else properly (light comes on, fan runs, turntable goes around) but there's no heat, you may have a failed magnetron tube (the microwave source). There's also a relay that controls power to the tube that may not be working correctly, or the control circuit board is bad. It's also possible one of the door switches is not working (so the oven thinks the door isn't closed), although this usually keeps the turntable and fan from running.

Microwave oven service is not for do-it-yourselfers. There are potentially deadly voltages present even with power off, and a chance of microwave leakage if repairs aren't done properly. Let a professional give an estimate to repair it, or just replace it if it's under $100. (When I was servicing these things it wasn't unusual for a repair to cost over half the price of a new one. That's one of the reasons so few shops still work on small appliances.)

Electricity works but microwave won't only half a zero shows on on panel

Than half of a C more than likely stands for Capacitor. If the large Capacitor has faile the magnetron will not produce RF and your Microwave will not heat but the light and fan may still work. (There are variations on intenral circuits) There are usually 3 things that cause a no heat symptom then there are visible signs of power on your unit.
1. The capacitor
2. Chassis Diode
3. Magnetron
and in very rare cases
4. The control panel
5. Door interlock Micro-switch

From what you described on an 1100 Watt unit I would get it repaired. If they tell you the Magnetron is bad you might want to re-think repair as it will be at least 50% of the total unit replacement cost.

Ck and make sure the circuit breaker on the power panel on the house hasn't tripped.. If your microwave is within 6' of the kitchen sink, ck for a tripped GFCI controlling the power the microwave is plugged into. Good Luck, Ned

Microwave not operating correctly.

It sounds like your internal cooling fan (not to be confused with the exhaust fan) is not working.

This will cause the magnetron to overheat until the magnetron's thermostat trips, killing power to the whole oven until it cools back down.

To help further, I would need the full model number form the tag on the oven.
