Question about Sony F Series NW-F806 Video Walkman 32GB
I bought a Sony NW-F806 and switched the device menu to English. However, I can't get the software to install on my PC. I get an error message stating there is either no Install_Setup in English or I don't have permission. What is strange is that when I connect the device to the PC, I am able to extract the initial file in English, which contains the Setup exe, but when I click it I get the error message.
Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: problem with sonicstage software
Try downloading the newest version of SonicStage from the website.
Select your Model and click the blue button.
That one supports Vista.

I had the same problem. One day my Mp3 started acting weird and said it was not recognizing the files and that i needed to re download them. Try plugging it up to your computer while its charging and hit the power off. Then reset your mp3 with the button at the bottom and it should recognize it.
