Locked Front Door, Panel Unresponsive, Pump Humming
We ran the washer without turning on the water first. There were error codes, but they disappeared once I hit the start/stop button. The Door-Locked LED is blinking and the pump is humming. The panel is unresponsive and there are no error codes anymore. We've attempted to reset it by unplugging it. There is no lower panel to remove on this model, as all of the current answers here suggest.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

No water detected entering washer after 13 minutes, the pressure switch input has not been detected.
If the washer has an F8 E1 error or LO FL error, the door will be locked, and the control will be unresponsive. Press the power button, and the washer will start a drain routine which takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes, during which time the pump will run continuously. The control will not accept any input during this time. Please wait 10 minutes before trying to perform any functions.
Check the water supply:
Turn on the water. Check the household water supply to see if the hot and cold water faucets are turned on. Make sure to open both faucets completely for proper fill.
NOTE: Both Hot and Cold water must be supplied to the washer.
How to fix a Samsung Washer nd washer error code. You can make this repair your self and in most cases without parts. Let me explain what the nd on a Samsung washer control panel means exactly. The nd error code stands for No Drain. When this washer error code comes up the washer will not spin either.
To fix this issue you will need to slide the unit forward to access the pump if there is no access panel on the lower front. If the clean out access panel is on the lower front bail the water from the washer and twist the filter head counter-clockwise. If the front panel does not have the access panel the washer will need to be slide forward. With the washer pulled out the back access panel can be removed. With the panel removed, the drain pump will be visible. Remove the two hoses on the pump followed by the two 7/16 bolts that mount the pump down. With the pump off, you can now remove the debris inside.
Put the washer back together and test for proper operation. If the error code comes back this means that the pump is clogged again or the pump has failed and would need to be replaced
Some samsung washers have the water pump located in the back of the machine. If your model does not have a small door located in the bottom of front than remove back service panel to access the water pump.
Hello there and welcome to fixya From what you're describing it sounds like the drain pump is blocked.
The nd error code indicates "no drain". If the unit can't drain it won't
spin. You're going to have to slide the washer out far enough to remove
the rear panel; be careful not to damage the floor. Once you get the
rear panel off you will see the pump. Be sure to have plenty of towels
& a small container to catch water. I am sending you instructions
from the service manual to remove and replace the pump. Another
possibility is the drain line is blocked or something is stuck in the
tub to pump hose.
turn off the unit.use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose this will remove all the water then you can turn it back on and should be able to open the door to get your clothes out.
after all thatis done you need to check the drain pump and make sure there is nothing blocking the pump.other likely problems are the door lock mechanism is bad or the main control board
Sounds like the pump is trying to drain the water but something is clogged in it or the pump itself is bad. Door wont unlock if machine thinks there is water inside. Remove front lower panel. pump is in center. Unscrew cap and remove attached filter. Be prepared for water to come gushing out once filter is removed. Clean filter and reinstall. If problem persists then the pump itself needs to be replaced.
First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.
Remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something shd be blocking your pump, check this out
remove bottom panel reach up to lock area pull down on small tab to release door if tub has water in it remove pump filter aacess by turning counterclockwise (have towels handy dip out as much water as possible first)
