Question about Ovens
Last weekend I had the same problem and the trip switch went and we found the the cooker had been wired with lighting cable so had that replaced. It has been ok all week but today once again there is no power going to it We have changed the socket and all seems fine
If the cooker has been working on lighter gauge wiring for a long time and then worked for a short while on thicker cable, it may be due to a failing or failed element. With the bigger cable, its just been taking longer to trip out.
