Where do i find the files with colored meters to delete from my computer

I actually have no idea of what you are referring to Brenda, but am waiting for more clarification so that I will.

Please post back in a Comment.

I wonder if you are referring to Add/Remove Programs?

Windows XP:
Left-click on Start.
Left-click on Control Panel. (To the right)
Left-click on Add/Remove Programs.

Windows Vista and Windows 7;
Left--click on the Windows logo button. (Start)
Left-click on Control Panel.
Left-click on Add/Remove Programs.

Yes, there is an easier method, using WinVista, and Win7; but took you the long way; so the long way is not forgotten.
You may find you need this information someday.

How to download outlook express to send mails

You can't really download Outlook Express as it is part of Windows XP.
If it is not there, you can add it though the Add/Remove Programs option in the Control Panel. Select the Windows Components icon in the left-hand pane.

In Vista Outlook Express is replaced by Windows Mail, and in Windows 7 there is no email program, but you can download Windows Live Mail.
