I'm sure they have a Customer Service e-mail for contacting customers. https://www.paypal.com/ro/webapps/helpcenter/helphub/home

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I do not have an account yet I am getting emails from you

contact paypal direct--- go google type in paypal and find contact us and talk directly to them as what you have written amounts to a scam to get your account details
When paypal contact you they always use you first name and last name and never mention requests for account details as they already have them.

You are aware that FixYa and PayPal are two completely separate entities, and that neither one has any control over the other, aren't you? And that a PayPal transaction number means nothing to FixYa?

For PayPal's contact information, see https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/helpcenter/helphub/home/

For issues regarding your MasterCard, contact the card issuer.

If you still want to contact FixYa, see http://www.fixya.com/contact

If you want your payments for purchases to be withdrawn from your AMEX card, then you must go into your PayPal account settings and make it your PRIMARY FUNDING SOURCE.

In order to change the Primary Funding Source for your account, do the following:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile near the top of the page.
Click Credit Card under Financial Information.
Select the card to update (AMEX) and click Make Primary.

Thank you and good luck.
