Question about iPhone 5c Cell Phones
Do you really want it free of charge? Then google for it; do not expect that experts will provide you with a step-by-step instruction on the process that requires indepth understanding of what and when you're doing (and which can result in a piece of brick from your device if you're did something wrong)

SOURCE: iphone jail break
Try rebooting the iPhone while it is plugged into your computer with iTunes running. Hold down the home button and the sleep button for a few seconds to reboot it. iTunes should then recognize the iPhone as being in recovery mode and you can then use iTunes to restore your firmware.

the only way to jailbreak it right now would be doing it tethered. Otherwise, you could downgrade it to ios 5.1.1, but i'm not sure if its possible on the iphone 4s

Open redsnow, click extras, and select Custom iPSW. A dialog window should pop up, go to where you have the ORIGINAL iPhone 3G 4.2.1 iPSW and select it. Press ok and It should then create a NO_BB iPSW in the same location as where the original iPSW is. Second step is to enter PWNed DFU mode. Open redsnow again, click extras and select PWNed DFU mode. Follow the onscreen instructions and you should be in PWNed DFU mode. Open iTunes and a message should show stating that your device is in recovery mode. Great now press ok, hold Shift and click Restore. A dialog box should show, go towhere the NO_BB iPSW is. Click it and press ok. Your device should now be restoring. Afterwards your device should turn on.
