Quingo air wont go. New batteries showing charged but green light still flashing. Have checked not in free wheel

be sure of model etc & order a manul from the dealer,then once read the basic guides,if no joy then book will advise you to get in touch with a qualified dealer.

mcdevito75 here, Double chek the connection at the battery and motor.

the green flashing light indicates an error with the scooter. Count the number of flashes 4 flashes pause 4 flashes pause etc and your manual should give you the meaning of the flashes Check to make sure that you are not in freewheel move the lever at the back of the scooter up and down a few times and make sure you leave it in drive mode turn on the power and see if the light stops flashing and the scooter will operate correctly Hope this helps

• What that flash code indicates that there is that the battery voltage is to high to operate the scooter. This can happen for a number of reasons and from out of no where. The manual says you should contact GoGo for this problem. But I know a couple things to try and if they do not work then you need to contact GoGo.

1. First remove the battery connectors for 5 full minutes and see if that resets it.
2. You may have a wire that got caught up somewhere so check all wires for breaks in the insulation, cracks etx.
3. Check the fuse as well.
4. Push in the main circuit breaker reset button (see diagram)
