The belt fell off the pulley .... How can I open the machine to have it fixed ?

unscrew the bottom panel and work the belt back on by putting on the small spindle first then loop it around the big wheel as much as you can. Then rotate the big wheel slowly with one hand while working the belt on with the other. go to you tube in type in "how to install a bread machine belt" there are several videos there. It's pretty easy to do once you view the videos.

Bottom rotor is not working

Hello.

Washing machines, like any other mechanical device, occasionally needs servicing. A common problem with an older washing machine is that the spinner, or agitator, stops rotating during wash cycles. Fortunately, most washing machine problems are easy to troubleshoot. Any do-it-yourselfer can fix it; here's how.

TOOLS NEEDE TO SOLVE PROBLEM ARE BELOW.

Bucket and rags,Screwdriver,New drive belt (if necessary),New drive motor (if necessary)

1 Unplug the washing machine, and turn off the water supply to the machine. If necessary, remove the water hoses from the back of the washing machine because they may be in the way of the access panel.

2 Check that the agitator is seated correctly by opening the lid of the washing machine. If it's loose, pop off the top of the agitator--if there is one--and tighten the bolt that holds the agitator in place. Or, in some models, simply pull straight up and then reseat the agitator.

3 Remove the access panel located in the back of the washing machine by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. This allows access to the drive motor.

4 Press on the drive belt that works the agitator. If the belt moves more than 3/4 inch, tighten the belt to fix the spinner problem. If the belt is worn or cracked, replace the belt.

5 Replace the drive motor, if tightening or replacing the drive belt doesn't fix the agitator. Purchase a new drive motor at a wholesale retailer. Disconnect wiring, remove screws holding motor in place and insert new motor. Screw into place, and connect wiring.

6 Check for any black substance leaking under the washing machine. This might indicate a clutch problem, if the washing machine spinner is not working. Contact a professional repairman to replace the clutch.

Thanks.

My washer had stopped spinning about two weeks ago, we replaced thecoupler and it worked fine but today it stopped spinning again

5
Replace the drive motor, if tightening or replacing the drive belt doesn't fix the agitator. Purchase a new drive motor at a wholesale retailer. Disconnect wiring, remove screws holding motor in place and insert new motor. Screw into place, and connect wiring.

well that is very nice idea you can fix with your self provide talls most commonly use.Set of screw driver, open and socket wrench, pliers etc...Remove the top cover plate by loosening bolt holding the cover and cover besides the handwheel where the motor was installed besure it was unplug from ac source(No power)Check the motor holder that attaching from casing. You can see the motor coupled by the belt.In the motor holder there is a bolt slot adjustment for tensioning belt tighning and loosening. If you want to disconnect the belt and replaced loosen the tension and pull out the belt.Sometime belt are sliping to the pulley it affect
the sewing machine operation, you can tighten from adjusting the tension of the belt.adjust not so tight after adjusting try to run manually first by turning handwheel freely if the motor will run freely with out obtruction no power supply. If your satiesfied try to run with power supply but jag twice first to be sure no problem occured before continous operation.

Machine will not agitate

most likely it's either a broken belt, or the motor is going out. to check it you need to take the outside casing off, not sure exactly how to do that on that model. Anyway open it up, check under the drum for a belt, if the belt is in tact than it's the motor, in which case. Personally I wouldn't put in the effor to replace. as to where you can get a belt if it is broken, I don't know that either. Good Luck
