Sounds like it may not be in the correct position. Take it out and replace it you should hear a distinct click with most bobbins as the all into place

Bobbin holdernkeeps jumping put

If the bobbin case is not seated properly and latched into place, it will jump out of position when you begin to sew. Consult your owner's manual to see how to install the bobbin case properly into your machine.

My machine seems to jump alot and the underneath stitches are just tying itself into lots of knots.

Is it just the bobbin that is jumping? This will happen if you have the bobbin in upside down. Both sides look the same, but you want to make sure the bobbin will turn in the same direction as the little arrow on the metal right by the bobbin slot. If you goof, the bobbin will keep popping up and down and you'll get knots.

Janome MC11000 - my bobbin case becomes dislodged

My bobbin case was jumping all the time...had it in for repairs and would bring it home and even though the tech had attached a test sew piece with different colored bobbin and top thread I could not get it to sew without the bobbin jumping. I thought that he had lied about that being sewn on this machine...finally, I found that you should start with plenty of thread in your hand when threading that once you feel it click into the tension...DO NOT PULL the thread, it pops it out of the tensioner...just loosely thread and hold tension with your thumb and forefinger while using the needle threader.

The bobbin jumps as im sewing i can hear it jumping in the case.

Sounds like the take-up lever is not threaded. Make sure that the take-up lever is in its highest position and re-thread the machine.

The bobbin case may have some nicks or burrs which need to be carefully smoothed off. Take the needle plate off and inspect the bobbin case for any sharp burrs which could snag the thread.
