You're saying that it will start if you use a booster battery (jump start)? If it starts and runs but then needs a jump again next time you want to use it, then you have either a bad battery or a bad charging system.

SOURCE: I have a 95 John deer Saber. I have an electrician issue. I have a new cellinoid, bypassed the seat safety switch and also the clutch safety switch. It jumps off and runs great. What's my next move?
fix the faulty wiring or switches as they are a part of the safety for the machine
