My consol got wet and now it turns on but none of the buttons work

sorry but i dont have a solution for you!! i bought the t9ci back in nov of 2008, like you none of the buttons worked had to wait till march of 09 for nordictrack to send me a reprogram card, which did not fix the problem. i then recieved a new console, in april 09, which stopped working in feb 10. a service tech came out and had no clue, so the sent another new console which did not work. in march 10 they sent a whole brand new treadmill, and when i got on it last week the console was not working once again!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope you dont have as many problems as i did

Doublecheck to make sure the power cable is pushed all the way in to the back of the console. Also, try another power outlet and make sure to use a surge protector if available. You can also try the wet towel trick (I know this sounds crazy) - Get a bath towel, and soak it with cold water. Ring it out so that it wont drip, and then wrap your console in it. Turn it on, and see if the console will stay on - this process sucks the heat out of the console, so it will prevent it from overheating, if that is the issue. If none of this works, then it means you have overheated one of the components, and it is permanently damaged. You can probably salvage the hard drive from it, buy another ps3, and put your hard drive in the new one.

Get a new remote if it got wet then chances are the circuit board inside has shorted out and causing it not to work correctly

remove the battry reinsert conntinu press on button

Turn console off, remove and reinsert battery after few minutes delay. Check if problem solves.

Did your phone get wet or was it dropped before this happened ? The reason I ask is because it sounds like the phone's lcd or possibly the mainboard was damaged.

If you didnt get it wet or drop it then there is a chance the phone was just defective. If you have phone insurance replace it if not you might want to decide between getting a new one or having that one repaired. Normally its more expensive to repair it then replace it.

At the very least the screen is bad and will need to be replaced. If you can take the screws out of the psp then you can take the top cover off and at least dry out the buttons so theres no more water.

Hi-- none of the solutions I've read here are working. Same problem, dryer not starting, it says "Sensing..." and then "Wet" and does nothing. It worked fine on the last load, except I noticed it read 11 minutes for a very, very long time (I think it got stuck). New load? "Sensing..." etc.

try taking a hair dryer and making sure its completely dry and see if that helps
