Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
If I tap "contacts" on my iphone 6Plus, it displays "groups" and the 'Hide All Contacts" page. My only option from there is to click 'done' and then the page closes. I can not see my contacts there at all, but I can access them from the 'Phone'> 'contacts' page, so they're there. Just regular 'contacts' does not function properly. What's up?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Sync Outlook Contacts & iPhone
You need to creat "Folders" in outlook and move all contacts to the different folders. These "Folders" are then recognized as "Groups" in iTune and you can sync Contacts by Groups.
iTune does not recognize Outlook's "Categories", or even Outlook's "Groups"; iTune only recognizes "Folders" as groups.

Put The Sim Back In The Old Phone Then Copy Them To The Sim And Then They Will Show On Your New Phone. Most Likely Your Old Phones Memory Was Set To Internal And Not To Sim. On Most Phones You Can Access This Memory Feature By Going To Your Contacts And Looking For Memory Setting In The Menu.

Alot of times you have to call the company in order to get a special code that will help your iphone or ipod recognize windows on your computer. I had the same problem with my ipod shuffle, it wouldnt let me download songs to it until I called the number from the apple website for technical support. This should get you the help you need 1-800-MY-IPHONE (1-800-694-7466) and they should be able to give you a code for your computer to help it connect with your iphone.
