How to fix a hook & timing issue on singer inspiration 4205?

I would over ride the auto setting and trial and error the process by manually turning the tension my self, also it has to do with the fabric too, sometimes whatever fabric is being used tends to regulate the tensioner too, good luck

Broke a needle and now the bobbin thread won't pick up

This is something that is very delicate and requires experience to fix. It is a timing issue and sorry to say you are going to have to take it to a sewing machine shop to get it fixed. in most cases this is a small charge around 50-80 dollars to fix.
it would be way to complex and long to put everything here to fix it yourself.

Problem with my machine

If you're not picking up a bobbin thread, it's either a timing issue, or the hook/needle clearance. Usually, with the hook/needle clearance the skipping stitch problem will be intermittent. If it's a timing issue, it may not pick up the bobbin at all.
