a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you have a lot of desktop icons (meaning more than 10) you have too many. Try deleting them and opening your files from the start menu. Also run a disk clean up by going to start>all programs>accessories.system tools>disk clean up. Make sure you check ALL boxes and let it finish. If you have not done this in a while it will take a while to complete and you should let it run by its self with no other programs running. The more often you do this the less time it will take and the faster your system will be. I do one every two weeks. Then go to microsoft update and update all updates offered. Go back to the site and check for updates untill there are none left. If you havent updated your system there could be more updates for the updates. Dont rely on just your automatic updates. Physically do them from time to time. I would go thru your add and remove programs and uninstall any programs that you do not use, then run a defrag. You do this the same way you got to disk clean up just choose defrag instead. Let this run untill complete with no other programs running. Restart. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: after the start up bar
sounds like your operating system is corrupted...try turning on the computer and after the initial startup screen shows(the one with the make or manufacturer) press the F8 key...this will give you a list of options...scroll down through the options(or up) till you get to the one that says "safe mode". Highlight this and press ENTER. You may or may not have another screen pop up that asks which operating system to use.(not on all machines). when you get to safe mode you can try to change whatever you did to make it stop working..sometimes the computer will stop loading the operating system if you add hardware or software...safe mode allows you to uninstall these so you can boot up your system

Adobe flash player and google toolbar are 2 different things. I don't think you want to get rid of adobe flash player because it is needed to correctly display many web pages but you can get rid of google toolbar.
To do that, go to start, control panel, and under programs, click uninstall programs. Scroll down until you see google toolbar. Click on google toolbar to highlight it. On the top of the window, click uninstall. Follow the wizard until it says the program was successfully uninstalled. You may need to restart your computer once the program is uninstalled.
Let me know if this solves your problem.
