Question about Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X CleanShot Upright Deep Cleaner, Red Berends Vacuum
You may have a loss suction problem. This can happen if you haven't cleaning the filters. Your Consumer User's Guide has info on cleaning the filters. One under the Water Tank Cap and one under the Flow Indicator. The suction problem has you turn off the unit and unplug it. Remove the solution container and reseat it, check to ensure nothing has dropped in the opened area causing a seal problem. Plug unit in and restart. Using the sprayer to check to see if it is working. Need more help contact Consumer Care at 1-800-237-7691. Hope that helped.
