Tracking stolen Samsung Note Edge even if blacklisted:
If it was stolen, there is a slim chance that you will be able to track it down. Most thieves take out the SIM card and turn the device off so that it can not be traced.
If the phone has been blacklisted, this just means the thief or new owner can not use the phone on the former carrier service.
Most stolen phones are resold for $50-100 cash within a matter of hours afterwards.
You can only trace a phone that is still logged into your account. If you had a password, pattern, or pin number for your lockscreen then the thief can easily factory reset the phone. If that is done then it will no longer be logged into your account and everything that was on the phone will be wiped clean.
If the SIM card was in the phone and the phone is on and transmitting, then you could trace it via Google Search in any computer browser as long as you are logged into the same Gmail account that your phone is connected to.. by typing "find my phone" and it would tell you on Google Maps where your phone is located
If you like you can try it, to see the last known location.. it might or might not help.. but note that this location is not an exact location.
If you lose your Android phone just Google Find My Phone and it will
