Pull your spark plug and put a table spoon of gas into the spark plug hole then reinstall the plug and wire then try to start. If it starts for a few seconds and stalls you have a dirty carburetor.
If you have a fuel cup on the bottom of the carb take it off and clean it out also blow the dirt out of your fuel jet which is likely the bolt that holds the fuel bowl on. Make sure those little holes are clear and try that. Most likely that will do it.

Can't get exmark mower with Kawasaki motor to start

Have had this problem with the Kawasaki engines and found the starter to be bad. The old starter was turning it over but was not fast enough to start. Have also found weak battery that did the same. The first one I ran into was a FH680 Kawasaki and spent about 2 hours trying to figure it out and it came down to the starter not turning it fast enough. Put a new starter on and started at just the bump of the switch. Let me know if this helps you out

Riding mower won't start

take the spark plug out and see if the engine will turn over then, gas will probably come out of the cylinder cause you flooded it when you turned it over after you get the gas out of the cylinder, put the cleaned spark plug back in and it should start

Bought new battery. It started. I ran it for

Many times the gasoline in the tank and fuel system is contaminated and must be removed and purged, drain the gas tank by removing the hose going to the carb. and draining into a container, then remove the carburetor bowl located on the under side of the carb. dump the gas then replace the bowl. refill the gas tank and start

13.5 OHV B&S won't stay running, blows gas out carb.

Sounds like you have a blown valve. I'm assuming this is a 4 stroke motor, if it was 2 stroke then it would be the reed valves. But either way it's the valves.... unfortunately that will require a mechanic :(

Mower will not start

Hi
Take the spark plug out and pour a little bit of oil in the cylinder and crank it over without the spark plug in. Make sure ground wire is clean on both ends.
