The charge only lasts for 24hrs when it use to last for 6-7days.Also the toggle on side of fitbit fell off and I have tapped it together. For the money of the fitbit I am not happy and would consider another product.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: My Charge Fitbit is not holding a charge. Yesterday it was dead within 1.5 hours. I have used the paperclip to try to reset without success. I am ready to throw in the towel so to speak.

You can put the software right, with a reset. Hardware errors and batteries won't change a bit when you use the reset button. When the battery is bad, and it looks that way, just return the Fitbit and ask for a new or new battery. It still should be under warranty. If the warranty is only 90 days for the battery, never again buy a Fitbit in the place you are living. In Europe electronics have a warranty of 24 months.

Fitbit charge HR users manual

Fitbit has the manuals for most of their products on their support site. For the Charge HR, see http://help.fitbit.com/?p=charge_hr . The link to the manual is the first link in the line "Charge HR Resources" near the top of the web page. The direct link is https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_charge_hr_en_US.pdf .

I hope this helps.
