I've just move and im trying to set up my tv a samsung ue46f6800sbxxu i can get the hub to work although the signail ant that good, one time it asked for a pass code but don't know it not sure if that was a child lock set up I don't have sky set box or an area at ached to tv but I do have a out side are ail wire but the bit to cone t it to the TV is not there

Whoever told you you need a scart cable is wrong, The N64 is an old console therefore requires you to plug it in via a standard ariel port. You then should turn you N64 on and search for new channels using your TV menus to either automatically search for them or you can tune your tv manually. either way you will probably need to fine tune afterwards. Does it have a built in digital tuner? unplug wait 5 minutes hold power button while you plug it in you should get into a secret menu usd by techs look and see if you have a digital tuner hope that way works for that set
try to reset ur tv to factory setting.....should be in ur instruction booklet...when done try to set to automatic channel search and it should find Chanel for ur area
The dvd has Y= video composite, R= Right channel audio, W= Left channel audio these are the common jacks of electronics, Now the G=Green,R=Red,B=Blue are usual Component VIDEO OUT/IN for higher video resolutions, this could explain no video picture, try the Y=Yellow to Y=Yellow from dvd to TV then set tv to a VIDEO input 1 or 2
I actually moved my tele to the other side of the room to see if it would work in a different spot and it took me ages to get some signal by moving my aerial around. The signal still wasn`t strong and i didn`t have alot of the channels and then i turned it on a few weeks after and it was working perfectly. Don`t ask me why! :s
You need to have a licensed antenna repairer out to fix your antenna. Just because your old tv is receiving enough signal to JUST get a picture doesn't mean your new tv will, A new tv doesn't mean you will get a perfect picture if your antenna is dodgy
If your recorder is hooked up after the cable box, then it can probably only receive channel 3...the set-top box does the switching, and sends everything to the TV (and recorder) on Ch. 3
