Question about Cell Phones
Go into setting set to manufactures setting
remover the battery, remover the sim card
re install sim card, than battery
you could try hooking the phone to the computer using a usb cable i think the phone charging cable and the other end is a usb connector connect to the computer try and open phone.
if still not opening contact the manufactures website, look up FAQ, or service, reset phone or away to bypass the pass word. you mite have to take it to an authorized dealer or service center for help
